IMPELUS Marketing & Communication Strategies was founded and is managed by by Raymond Ochs a marketing and communications professional with a track record of success in a variety of arenas.

Mr. Ochs' professional experience comes from managing marketing and promotion efforts for several television stations, including brand marketing and image building, community involvement and audience targeting. He also managed program marketing, public relations and fundraising for the American Red Cross, and before that coordinated media relations and public relations activities for members of the Oregon House of Representatives.

Mr. Ochs has also been involved with a variety of non-profit organizations on a volunteer basis working with them to improve their marketing efforts and improve their standing within their local communities. These efforts include, The American Legion Evergreen Boys State as Assistant Director of Programs, Board President of the Actors Repertory Theatre in Spokane, Washington, a former board member of both the Yakima Basin Storage Alliance and the Yakima Schools Foundation, and a volunteer youth mentor for the Central Washington Dispute Resolution Center.

Mr. Ochs is also a long time supporter of his college fraternity educational foundation (Pi Kappa Alpha) and is an alumnus of the American Legion Evergreen Boys State.
